A long-time resident of Harpswell, she was born in Belfast, June 22, 1929; the only child of Dr. Eugene Tapley and his wife Alice Collicott. She attended Oak Grove School in Vassalboro and Bates College in Lewiston; graduating in 1951 with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. read more
