WICHITA - A Wichita physician and his company has agreed to pay $1.5 million as part of a Medicare settlement, U.S. Attorney for Kansas Barry Grissom said Monday. Roger W. Evans and his company, EECP Heart Center of Kansas Inc., have agreed to pay $1.
