Max Clayton scored the goal which sent crewe to Wembley for the League Two play-off final after a 3-2 aggregate win over Southend. Substitute Clayton, 17, had only been on the field 10 minutes when he tucked the ball home to put his side 3-1 ahead on aggregate in the 86th minute.
