RUSHVILLE, Ill. — West Hancock’s Kevin crozier and Jon Grow qualified for the Illinois Boys State Track Meet at the Class 1A regional meet Friday. crozier, a senior, won the 3,200-meter run with a time of 10:37.9. Liberty sophomore Jonah Peter was second with a time of 10:43.36.
