I absolutely loved it and would certainly do it again. PEGGY McALPINE, 104, holds two world records for being the oldest person to paraglide. Most recently she paraglided off a 2,400ft summit in Northern Cyprus. Peggy lives in Cyprus but is originally from Stirling.

Pam Hargett, 52, of South Carolina was on vacation to paraglide at the Torrey Pines Glidesport Cliffs in San Diego.  Last Saturday, she crashed into the cliff to her death as her fiancé looked on. A service was held for her on Saturday.
