After much discussion about procedure, need, and hidden costs, Weston is now the official home of two military surplus Humvees. The Board of Selectmen at its Feb. 16 meeting unanimously accepted the Humvees under the town’s policy, while acknowledging it was “backtracking” since the vehicles had already been acquired.
