It's been a long day on GIT - but I got it… with submodules… nice!

@codeimpossible It's all custom languages. Bro, BiF, BinPAC. Our git submodules too (we use them to organize our project better).

@inliniac #ohloh got @Bro_IDS wildly wrong. We have at 3 languages that they aren't identifying. Our git submodules aren't found either.
