COMMENTARY | Another parent has felt exasperated enough to yank the proverbial rug out from under their child in an effort to teach a lesson. According to ABC News, Texas mom ReShanda Tate Billingsly saw a photo her 12-year-old daughter on Facebook and wasn't happy. In the photo, she was holding an unopened bottle of Vodka and captioned it with "I sure wish I could drink this."
