Mission Oak's Lauren Friend receives Art Tarbell Memorial Scholarship - Visalia Times-Delta

Also getting the scholarship were Marissa Fisher and Madison fesperman, both of Woodlake, and Katie Duysen, from Porterville and attending Oklahoma State. The scholarships are given out in honor of Tarbell, a long time local rancher.
